Erik Berglund started his first company, a residential painting fanchise, at 20 and quickly fell in love with coaching. He was fascinated by how people grow and develop new skills, mindsets, and opportunities.

At 29, he faced his biggest leadership challenge: leading a large team, including former peers and senior team members. Realizing his coaching skills weren't enough, he convinced his company to hire him a 'coaching coach', tansforming his leadership and his team.

Today, Erik helps leaders navigate the complexities of leadership, communication, and accountability through The Language of Leadership, ensuring they build thriving teams and reclaim their time.
